UK DELIVERIES (NATIONWIDE)
All orders will fully tracked with APC or DPD and will be charged at £6.99. Items will be delivered within 1-2 working days.
FOR LOCAL DELIVERIES:
Next day delivery service for customers locally when ordered before 2pm. Please note £4.99 charge if orders are under £25* and our delivery schedule exclude weekends and bank holidays.
Areas include : BR1, BR2, BR3 SE9, SE6 & SE12.
You will receive a confirmation email soon after your order has been made, so please keep an eye out or check your spam/junk mail. Following that, you will receive another email when your order has left our warehouse and on it’s way to you.
Please note all deliveries deliveries during the COVID-19 pandemic are contactless. Due to the current coronavirus situation, we’re no longer asking the recipient to sign for items delivered, the driver will sign on your behalf.
Orders will be delivered through one of our dedicated courier partners. When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. Please note that your billing address must match the address on your bank card statement.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. We normally expect to dispatch orders within 1 working days. We do not dispatch orders on Bank Holiday and weekends.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt. To be acceptable for return, items should be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the delivery fees for any items or orders returned to our store. In order to book a return, please email us at email@example.com.
Items that are not acceptable for returns are listed below.
Please make sure the items are packed and you have included the original invoice while returning them as this may cause a delay in the returns process. Some items cannot be accepted for return for hygiene reasons. Please read the items which come under this.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
Online Returns/Refund Procedure
We hope you’ll love your Hairglo order but if you would like to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 14 days of receipt.
This excludes the following:
- items personalised for you
- sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered)
- Virgin hair extensions
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
You can either return your items to our store or send back to us through our returns process.
Returning all or part of your order to the store is easy; all you need to do is bring the following:
- ID and the card you used to
- A print out of your Returns Summary (you can find this in the Order History section of
“My Account”, or click on the link in your order dispatch email)
- The payment card used to place the order (if payment was made with PayPal then bring the payment card attached to the PayPal account)
Return by post
Make sure that you get a proof of postage receipt from the post office. All returns must be sent to:

We will send you an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of this email for this credit to appear on your account.
